Why did Pacquiao refuse random drug testing for the Mayweather fight in 2010?

I don't hate Floyd. I feel bad for him because he's incredibly insecure and his kids seem to be assholes with one of them facing attempted murder charges. On top of that, it seems like the only chicks he can get are only in it for the money. See the episode of 24/7 where Miss Jackson literally holds her hand open waiting for cash. Or the video where he says his girlfriend is only nice to him when he's giving her money. He's laughing in the video, but it's his pathetic reality.

I do think he was a drug cheat and a cancer that continues to grow in the sport and created a situation where guys are refusing to fight each other because they saw how much Floyd protected his zero at all costs.

Floyd violated WADA code through the user of IV fluids in his home.

Floyd claimed to want to clean up the sport of boxing yet refused to use VADA testing which was not only cheaper, but more effective and was catching people left and right while USADA was destroying tests or not testing at all.

Floyd rejected Pac's proposal for a $5 million dollar drug test penalty.

I don’t need anything to tell what I already know. Olympic style drug testing is simply not random drug testing. It’s a fraudulent display of integrity.
