Why did Pacquiao refuse random drug testing for the Mayweather fight in 2010?

What Floyd did was ILLEGAL !!!! He broke 3 of the NSAC's own ruls but Uncle Bob said he was innocent There are rules for other fighters but not Floyd I guess

To create a level playing field. He is to be commended for this and part of his outstanding legacy.

 

I mentioned earlier once pac rejected testing after it was brought up everybody piled on. He didn't particularly care before hand but once pac dodged it, it looked dodgy.

Going through this thread makes me remember how deluded Pacquiao fan base was/is, Manny is a certified legend but the man ducked Floyd or his team did at the very least.

In 2009 Mayweather conceded that Manny was the current top guy agreed to 50/50, agreed to give Manny top billing, 10mil per pound penalty,, and a bunch of other petty stuff that to fans is really meaningless, all Floyd asked for was drug testing Manny’s team agreed then backed out at the last min creating an issue out of drug testing when they originally laughed at the request, drug testing was literally the first thing Floyd asked for and Manny’s team lied and acted like it was thrown in at the last min.

In 2010 Manny ducked again lying about drug testing agreeing to a cut off that was made by Mayweather BEFORE he went through testing himself firsthand with Mosley as a last ditch effort to save the fight. Spent in entire summer talking about we agreed, we agreed only for it to come out that he was BSing.

in 2011/12 Manny ducked Floyd with a number of excuses everybody remembers Mayweather-Ortiz presser saying Manny is next, then the next day saying don’t put words in my mouth.. what they leave out is Manny fighting Marques in fight 3 a month later and after that fight Mayweather religiously calling Manny out only for us to hear. (Manny has a cut that won’t heal, we need to build a stadium, why is Floyd calling me, can’t fight because Floyd is going to jail, we can fight Cotto but not Floyd, then finally 50/50 or no fight).

All that happened Manny never tried to fight Floyd until AFTER he got knocked out, Top Rank as a whole has a history of clout chasing off the names of other fighters with no intentions of fighting them and people give Arum passes for his ducking tactics.

maybe because it was the biggest fight in boxing history, my question to you would be in the biggest fight ever why is making sure everything is on the up and up a problem?

Like Manny fans are remedial they will argue Floyd is wrong for asking for drug testing then say Floyd ducked Vada testing would Manny wouldn’t do testing at all? How does that make sense.
