Why did Pacquiao refuse random drug testing for the Mayweather fight in 2010?

Wasn't it because the drug testing protocol for the fight kept changing after initial terms were agreed. Something to do with the testing being too close to fight night from what I remember. Floyd wanted them as close to fight night as possible, Manny didn't, is roughly the story of it. Although at the time I remember thinking it was more of a road block from Floyd than anything.

Maaaaan, that was so long ago now.

Notice the Floyd nutters do not mention one FACT!! That cannot be disputed ....
Floyd was caught red handed receiving illegal excessive 750ml saline drip in his own home 24 hrs before his fight with Pacquaio. This action breaks THREE of the NSAC's own rules on saline drip for supposed dehydration. When asked if they would be investigating this matter Bob Bennett made this statement
" Mr Mayweather did nothing wrong so we will not be investigating" ROFL He broke THREE of the NSAC's own rules but he did nothing wrong?????? C'mon man do you thing boxing fans are that dumb to believe that ??
That very same NSAC sabotaged Pacquaio on fight night when they refused him his promised shot of the LEGAL painkiller Toradol to combat his rotator cuff injury that they knew about. They claimed he "Hadnt ticked the right box on the form claiming he was injured so they denied him it" ?? ROFL
So there was something not right the night of that fight. .......
Floyd was given the all clear in breaking the CSAC's own rules in receiving ILLEGAL EXCESSIVE SALINE DRIP for supposed dehydration F loyd never notified them about. Instead he received it ILLEGALLY in his own home & was caught cheating by USADA!! We all know what the saline does don't we??
Yet Manny was denied his previously agreed to shot of LEGAL Toradol for forgetting to tick the right box??
So the NSAC have one set of rules for Mr Mayweather & another for all the other non cash cows including mr Pacquaio????? Huh??
That "fight" was a disgrace & should have been made a No Contest & stricken from the records..
Lets wait & see if PimpC & his fellow Floyd hangers on can provide a logical FAIR result otherwise >> Over to you PimpC

These Mayweather groupies have the lowest IQ of any fan base. Kinda feel sorry for them, actually.

Because he wouldve failed Olympic style drug testing with no cutoff.

Just curious, how do you think the fight would have played out if it took place in 2010? I personally still think Mayweather wins a UD, although the fight likely would have been more entertaining and probably a little closer on the cards.

It would have been a completely different fight then IMO. I would have learned towards Pac, but of course, would never count Floyd out

Just because Pac refused this testing it doesn't mean Mayweather was clean. He might have had a loophole. Or maybe he took to PEDs later, who knows.
But in the end it's likely they're both dirty.
Pac's performances going up in weight and overpowering huge guys in comparison is highly suspect.
Mayweather was caught with the IV and also seemed to age a little too well considering he relied on speed and reflexes.

They don't care. All that matter was, Floyd was given LATE approval. I try to ask about this....they never try to answer.
