    Why did floyd duck Pac after he agreed to all the tests? :lol: The entire world knows that floyd ducked pac, that's a FACT. All media outlets like ESPN recornigzed it too. OWNED.

    He was playing games, he never really would have accepted. pacquiao made himself a disgrace of pro sports, ANNDDDD in it's way, made FMJ look TERRIBLY GOOD!! What an ironic twist of fate!?!

    They really thought the testing was a scam in order to weaken Pac even though both guys would have been going through it. Then when Mosley went through it no problem it basically confirmed that testing wouldn't be a problem.

    But non of that mattered anyway becuse Arum didn't want to make that fight. Which is why he booked dates and fights before even contacting Maweather for the next 2-3yrs while saying they agree to testing. Then claimed that Pac needed to heal from a cut and they needed a new stadium for the fight. Then had Pac get robbed by Bradley when he was strongly considering leaving TR to make the Mayweather fight. Then turned down 40mil guaranteed.

    How come everyone knows thats is not the first negotiations you are talking about..And as Fraud will not fight outside of Vegas it was a good idea and still would be for any of Frauds future events...
