So Floyd has the kind of power to make someone stop using PEDs merely by publicly accusing him? Can you break it down to how this would actually happen in real life?

so floyd accusses pac of peds but rejects additional testing in vada and he is not transparent in his drug testing for the fight with pac.

Wait till May 2 & your idol Floyd is on the floor looking up at the lights & then tell me Manny lost his power.
Your boy has never scored a legitimate KO has he??? Not even Ricky Hatton it was the corner pad Ko'd him then Floyd just steered a rushing Hatton into the corner
This is born out by the fact Floyd has to use his cowardly ambush of a totally unprotected Ortiz on his fight pro mo's carefully edited to just show the combination he threw & Ortiz falling
The coward STILL!! claims that as a legitimate KO ROFLMAO

    Because the following people:

    Clottey
    Margarito
    Mosley
    JMM
    Bradley
    Rios
    Algieri

Are either runners, iron chinned or just plain tough.

    YET:
Clottey was reduced to a punching bag.
    Margarito's face was fractured.
Mosley was KD, only 2nd time this happend in his career
    JMM was KD and bloodied.
Bradley was rocked in more than one occassion, but the dude really got talent with rolling with punches.
Rios was uncharacteristically gun shy and later admitted to have feared Pac's puching power
Algieri was in a cage. This was the only exception. :rofl

And Pacquiao hasn't KO'ed anyone in 6 years.

Besides that their KO percentages are basically the same - I believe it was KO% 55.32 Floyd and KO% 59.38 Manny.

    Who's laughing now chump?

Really? Bradley had his brain busted by Ruslan all but out on his feet yet completely unmarked and seemingly unbothered by Pacquiao despite busted ankles in the first fight and a horrible gameplan in the second where he fought toe to toe.

Rios and Clottey are basically punching bags and still didn't go down.

Marquez too skilled for Pacquiao is now Mayweather's son.

Mosley was gun-shy and yet the fight turned into an embarrassing sparring session after the early rounds.

And Shane Mosley took Margarito's soul in a legitimate stoppage. So to answer your question one, but the other fighters (bar Marquez) were busted up/over-rated in some way pre-Pacquiao.
