Cotto wasnt big enough to be Mayweathers last fight. Plus Cotto is an Arum fighter and they would have money issues. Cotto was big enuff for Mosley because Mosley doesnt demand as much money like PBF does. And speaking of Cotto vs Mosley, if Mosley came that close to beating Cotto, just think what Floyd wouldve done to him...
