So he's doing it just to fight the biggest names? Even though they're two weight classes below him? :patsch

Keep hating you loser. You'll be saying the same **** while Martinez is ruling 160 and Pirog fights guys like Shannon Taylor in Russia.

I can't answer your question because I never called Barker and Macklin bums. I leave that to idiots like you.

Even though they've both recently fought in a weight class he can make for the exact same belt he held.

But that's not what Martinez offered.

He knows Pac wouldn't fight him at 154 and Mayweather said he would possibly fight him at 150 (what Martinez offered). Now, he's gonna do that just because they are the biggest names in boxing? This is your point?

Ahh, so special. Brooklyn is lucky to have such a queen living in the borough.

I said Martinez ducked. So now I'm a hater. What part of BK you @?

Let me ask you this...... You think when Marvin Hagler was undisputed he would've ran to Russia to fight someone like Pirog? Or Hopkins? Pavlik? Taylor? Monzon? Nino? Ant?

Name me one undisputed champion in history that would've been called out for "ducking" someone who's best career win was an unproven prospect? Tell me please.

Martinez has goals. He's always talking about being at the top, becoming P4P #1. After his Barker fight, he was still trying to get a Pacquiao/Mayweather fight. You then have two options, fight Macklin, cause it'll be on HBO and HOPE something comes of it, or try to unify the division. Then being offered a career high payday on top of it.

As much as people say he's the undisputed champ, he isn't. Not anymore. Why is it wrong for a boxing fan to want to see a fighter go after what was taken from him? The Chavez fight is great. But no one should act like the Macklin fight had **** to do with this fight materializing.

He's not undisputed because his belts were taken away?:patsch

There is only ONE count it 1!!!!!!! UNO!!!!!! Champion in the middleweight division and that is Martinez. All the rest of these clown with titles are juts title holders. They mean nothing when talking about who the true champion in the division is because thats Martinez.

Hopkins cleaned out the division and became undisputed. He lost to Taylor and Taylor to Pavlik and Pavlik to Martinez. The only way Martinez stops being undisputed is when someone beats him. End of story. Go lick Jose Suliman's dick.

I have no problem acting like it played a role in it materializing when compared to the alternative route you've proposed which would have made it more unlikely to occur. And I fail to see what good unifying does when the opponent in question has never beaten a top 10 middleweight and when you have no reason to expect you'll hold the belt any longer than the whopping 1 month it took the organization in question to strip you the first time.
