They were trying to help Floyd out because they knew Floyd health would come first.

    Don't you think it's wierd?

Pacquiao denying drug-testing is the most obvious duck of all time tbh.

I honestly think it was simply trying to gain a mental edge should Floyd agree to the fight with out testing. In other words if they turn down and refuse testing assuming Floyd doesnt allow that mega pay day to go by, Floyd likely will wonder why they refused it which could mentally off set Floyd....

I assume they expected Floyd to come around and make the fight happen, But when all three Mayweathers started accusing Manny of cheating using steroids they filed a suit, which in a sense they have a right to, especially when the Mayweathers point out that Roach has had other fighters test dirty for steroids.

They are basically saying that they know for Sure Manny is on steroids, Mannys right to be honest..

They should have agreed to the testing and took the fight.... but then again its nobodys call but Team Pacquiao

Now Team Pac accuses JMM of doping which is cool because they would know better than anyone else.

Because they were offended just like Hopkins was when Pascale insinuated accusations that he was on illicit performance enhancers.

It was suspicious as ****, as they could never come up with one reason why he wouldn't. First Roach said it was no problem. Then they said they needed a long cutoff. Then the video of the test for the Hatton fight came out, so they lowered their cutoff period. Somewhere in there issues about needles and taking blood was said. Then they accepted a 7 day cutoff. Biggest reason was 'let the commissions do their jobs', although they made their own per pound over weight penalty...? Then it was an insult to say he's dirty. I mean it was all a huge cluster****.

They made Pac look dirty far more than any accusations said by anyone on the outside. He could have been clean, but those didn't seem like the actions of a clean team.

David Tyler interviews Freddie Roach in 2009

Freddie Roach: HGH cannot be detected by blood, saliva, or urine. The doctors I've talked to said that HGH and any growth harmone cannot be detected by any test.

David Tyler: Fred, I have a graduate's degree in Biochemistry and 30 years experience in developing blood chemistry tests.....I'll leave it alone, let's move foward.

Freddie Roach: No wait, you can't tell me that there is a test that can detect HGH or growth harmones.

David Tyler: Fred, I'm not here to make you mad.

Freddie Roach: I'm not mad, I'm telling you that you are wrong if you think there is a test for HGH.

David Tyler: Ok Fred, so you are saying that HGH cannot be detected by a blood test?

Freddie Roach: Absolutely, 100%, NO! Saliva, blood, or urine.

    :rofl

If that were the case why entertain it at all with cutoff date windows? If they said **** you from the start it wouldn't have looked as bad as them changing **** 50 times. This is what made most people suspicious.
