Why did the judges score in favour of Canelo not GGG?

    Canelo fought a different type of fight than expected, which meant that even though he didn't win the battle (as shown by compubox) using that style, it seemed a bigger achievement as it wasn't expected.
    - Canelo is a bigger draw than GGG, and has far more potential, hence the boxing hierarchy were in favor of his victory. That's not to say they committed a "robbery", they will have just been slowly pushing the narrative in his favor. Does anyone agree?

    It's not a robbery, it's favorable scoring. It's a great way to create legends in boxing, and it happens as long as I watch boxing, and even far before I was even born.

    The way boxing is scored obviously helps with this "bend reality" thing. We shouldn't be ok with it though.

    I like how Teddy described it, that they wore gloves this time. They didn’t leave fingerprints like Byrd did.

    All 3 judges had it 6-5 Canelo after 11? Lol.

    The judges favor the flashier fighter with the cleaner punching. That is why guys like Mayweather get decisions and why guys like porter sometimes don't.
