Why did the Klitschkos wait till Rahman, Briggs etc etc etc were old?

    - Hasim Rahman was declared the IBF mandatory for Wlad because he was the next highest ranked after Povetkin. Hasim took the fight on six weeks notice - it was announced on October 30 and took place on Dec 13.

    - At age 38, Shannon Briggs was YOUNGER than then age 39 Vitali Klitschko, and younger than Haye's voluntary age 39 Audley Harrison.

Wlad has fought many opponents between 26 and 35:

    - Eddie Chambers
    - Ruslan Chagaev
    - Calvin Brock
    - Sultan Ibragimov
    - David Haye
    - Sam Peter

Vitali has faced his share of younger opponents:

    - Chris Arreola
    - Sam Peter
    - Albert Sosnowski
    - Kevin Johnson
    - Dereck Chisora

Haye never faced a heavyweight who hadn't passed his 35th birthday.

    - John Ruiz age 39
    - Audley Harrison age 39
    - Monte Barrett age 38

In fact, during his entire fraudulant career, David Haye only ever fought ONE opponent under age 35.

  7. It seems that sometimes the Klitschkos wait until a fighter is too old or not ready.
They challenged Povetkin and Chisora at a time when neither guy had the experience and then they challenged old fighters.

Let me refrase that for you.

They fight every and anyone who comes along.

Using Povetkin as an example does not help your cause(Klit bashing)as boxing fans are very aware that Povetkin wants no part of either brother.

So the question remains(like all Klit haters you wont answer)who are the Klits NOT FIGHTING?

    Brucie Kabbutz is that you??

  10. Other than Povetkin and SNV, who both avoided Klitschko fights... who the hell could the Klitschkos have fought to satisfy you? They've not just beat, DOMINATED every other challenger, champion, former champion they have faced since 2005.

And don't claim they are ducking Evander Holyfield.

Briggs stopped appearing in ranking at the start of last decade. There was no point in fighting him until he won the WBO title again. A couple of years later, Vitali beat him. Wlad beat Ibragimov, who beat Briggs.

The Rahman case is different. In his prime, the Klitschkos and him just didn't met or arrange any fight. Well, in 2005 he could have fought Vitali, but the latter's injury didn't allow it. (Rahman actually had prestige and was considered a top contender in 2005. The other top dogs in the heavyweight division were Byrd, Brewster and Toney. The year later, after Brewster lost, Toney had a draw, and Vitali retired, Wlad defeated Byrd and started his dominance.)

Rahman is ranked #1 WBA now. Rahman was knocked out by Maskaev two times, once completely out of the ring! Vitali and Vlad were always superior to Rahman and always will be..............
