The fight should have been stopped. The ref was corrupt. He clearly saved Tyson from a legitimate stoppage.

I agree 100 %. No doubt the ref was corrupt.

He was out, look at his face. He wasn't there at all. The ref jumped in, stopped Usyk and saved Fury. If he hadn't jumped in, Usyk would land the finisher shots and KTFO him.

The fact Fury wished everyone a happy new year in the middle of May definitely suggested some serious concussion and head trauma…

Fury was held up by the ropes at least 3 times before he got the standing count. When he did get the count he wasn't defending himself. If the ref stops the fight there, then that would have been the correct decision.

He also got in the way of Usyk on more than one occasion. Usyk actually pushed past the ref to get to Fury lol.

Bad refereeing or corruption, we'll never know. Fortunately the right person won the fight.

That doesn't make sense. You say Fury was held by the ropes at least three times before being given a standing count. Somehow you negotiate this outcome to argue that this worked in Fury's favour and not to his detriment. That's really, really funny.

Fury only made it back to the corner because the ref walked him back like a nurse does a 93 year old man with dementia in a nursing home. However, the fight was as big as fights get and both should be given every opportunity.

You do know Fury lost the fight. Wether it was good or bad for Fury is irrelevant after the fact.

I'm saying if the fight was called in the 9th round, then that would have been the correct decision. Maybe you didn't read the rest of my post.

I mean i already talked about that, but people just don't get it, so this video is a very good example of what i explained.

I will just add that on top of that refs give Fury a very, very long 20 seconds count on top of that to ensure Fury will last and recover.

I don't know if the referee was corrupt. More than likely, he was just slightly incompetent.

He was a currious choice as referee for a HW fight of this magnitude.

A little too small, a little too old, and a little to slow of thought and foot.

Fury convinced himself he had won, probably relying on corrupt refs...
