before the fight after all their talk that blood testing is safe and it takes only a few days for a person to cycle out PEDs? Is it possibly because they were afraid if blood testing weakened either fighter they would face a serious lawsuit? :think:think:think

If the blood testing was a sure fire bet to catching a PEDs user and was completely safe from affecting a fighter's training mentally or physically, then why didn't USADA test everyday? Why take that chance? Why take that 18 day chance?

EPO test can be used on an average 14days after intake.
There are also legit fear of causing bruising and clotting from needle bruise so close to the fight, which can be deadly.

(adj) - Having no specific pattern.

Fighters wont take any PEDs if there is a chance they will be checked on the next day.

You *******s are so dense though, that it wont make sense to any of you.

It's because they were in Floyd's pockets, that's why.

What he's saying is why didnt they come at another random date in that 18 day perios. 18 days is a big gap from fight night if they won't allow Pac 14 days then 7.

Wrong. If there is a preset start date and end date then it is not quite so random is it?

These experts know the limitation and precautions they need to take in consideration.

It was a calculated risk. They know that 1 or 2 cycles of EPO can be utilized within a 18 day window. But they also know that it is expensive service that cannot be utilized for every boxing match. They also know that there are legit concerns about drawing blood very close the fight and the fighter has bruised from the needle.

They also know that URINE can be used to detect EPO.

Do not forget THEY ARE SELLING A SERVICE/PRODUCT.

    Stupid.
    Random is random.

There was a possibility that they could have come again in those 18 days, but they didn't. They didn't have preset dates on which days they would test.

If Mayweather agreed to 14 days now, theres a chance (because it's random) that they wouldn't test 18 days before that cutoff date, which would be 32 days total with no testing.

Those 14 days is a guaranteed 14 days of no testing, unlike random up until the fight, which they might or might not come and test within those 14 days.

I know random is random you could do 1 test or many over which ever period. But if there are substances which can be used or cycled off in that time would have made sense for them to do another test.
