Why didn't he say there would be a random qiuz at any time, everyone would study hard then don't do the quiz at all?

Sorry clown. I can source every accusation I make about Pac and his criminal family. It is well known. Pac's sister is a criminal. Pac and maybe his wife too are attempted MURDERS! Pac hangs out with known corrupt politicians and built a house in a place he doesn't even live in to win. Pac cheats on his wife, violating his vows, so all that religious garbage he does in the ring is FAKE! I don't really care, but since you stopped talking boxing and went personal chew on that.

Ready, right. Ready like when they had to sit at his house waiting for him to be able to create a sample.

    You are a joke.

    Grow up Loser!

When using an analogy, try to use someone that is legitimately related or applicable to it.

    That analogy is plain stupid.

Have you moved out of your parent's home?

 You dont like his analogy because it makes perfect sense.

So you must shoot it down instead of actually trying to debate.

    Typical.

It was their big time to shine and prove that testing was great , safe right up to the bout etc.... and they lost their nerve, if they tested close to the fight and everything went well , they could prove that they, along with Floyd were right , but they did not?

    Why not?

I know random is random, but if there is no problem taking blood right up to the morning of the bout, why wouldn't they prove it instead.

If they are going to clean up the sport then they would have to test a lot closer to the bout at some time otherwise it will be just an empty threat, so why not start now?

I read everything you typed twice and it still doesnt make sense, bottom line is you claimed that the USADA test all olympians and the truth is no they do not....

so instead of the spin just admit you didnt know, thats more respectable...

I am on Floyds side in this regard, and I beleive the only reason Manny is barking now is becuase he knows he can, Floyd wont take a fight with the legal issues he and his uncle face in the next couple of months, Manny knows that Floyd knows that, they are just agreeing now to save face in front of the media...
I promise you this once Floyd is finished with his court case, and his uncle is done you can mark my words the moment he says the fights on Roach and Manny will suddenly have a phobia of needles again.

Mayweather leaving the 14 day window open:

    http://sports.yahoo.com/box/news?slug=ki-pacfloydnegotiations010810

Bruce Binkow, the chief marketing officer of Golden Boy Promotions, on Dec. 30 offered a 14-day cutoff as a compromise via instant message to Top Rank president Todd duBoef, who replied on Dec. 31 that “14 is no good.”

“Bob called and told us about the 14 days and I brought that to Manny and he said, ‘I told you, we’re not agreeing to that,’ and that was pretty much it,” Koncz said.

    http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2010/mma/boxing/01/08/pacquiao.clottey/index.html

He referred to an Internet report where Pacquiao and his representatives denied that Mayweather had offered to reduce the testing window to 14 days before the fight. Schaefer said he had text messages between Golden Boy's Chief Marketing Officer Bruce Binkow and Top Rank President Todd DuBoef during this week's mediation discussing the 14-day window.

And you think that analogy is approperiate for the topic?

    ****.

"Fear factor" or "deterrent principle" is a simple topic.

Even the biggest military power in the world uses it in the so called "mutually assured destruction' or MAD, wherein it lead to the armns race.

Let me school you or not! You are a waste of my intelligence.

The detrrent priciple works in a very large setting like the olympics because it is economical - purely for that reason alone.

Simply stated, since they can not test every athlete every week without bankrupting the US economy, we will introduce the "unpredictability factor". We will appear anytime, anywhere we want to tests these suckers and hopefully it would be enough for them to cower in fear and avoid using PEDS. Guess what? It did not.

However, since this was a high profile, financially gargantuan fight between only 2 high profile fighters, you do not need that "deterrent factor" to assure that they are complying with the PEDS regulation. Just test them weekly beofre the fight. I am sure that anybody would be stupid to think he can get away with that!

Is the USADA being a Grinch in not doing so? I think so.
