Random testing means it can be done anytime and hopes to deter a possible drug cheat from using PEDs.

    I GET THAT YOU FOOLS!

The point of this thread was USADA's confidence in the safety of their testing. 18 days is random. Hell why not just 36 days? Why not 1 day? Especially when one of the fighters was a known drug cheat.

    WHY SUCH A HUGE WINDOW?

    Random blood testing is

    . CHECK

    Everyday blood testing is

    . CHECK

Again, people. If PEDs use prevention is the ultimate purpose of blood testing... testing that has been claimed to be safe and does not affect a fighter in any way, why not blood test everyday? Why? Why not?

Put your glasses on and read the first sentence.

Then explain to me why random blood testing is better than everyday blood testing.

That's not the point genius. He's asking why they stopped at 18 days from fight night.

Isn't it!!! I swear, I get into more arguments with idiots who either don't read the post clearly, don't read replies clearly, or just don't uderstand that injecting their own meaning into a post doesn't mean you said that. It's annoying...

There's no need for everyday testing, no fighters are stupid enough to cheat because they can get caught if they don't know testing dates.

That hasn't stopped some olympic athletes from using PEDs and being caught. I guess there are some athletes who were stupid enough. Makes your point really moot doesn't it?

No one asked for every day. But that has nothing to do with the question. They could have RANDOMLY tested again withing those 18 days on any RANDOM day...yet they stopped pretty far away from the fight.

Do you see what the question is now? It has nothing to do with being a fan of either fighter. The question is why they didn't do more random tests in that last 18 days. ****...:patsch

they stopped 18 days out maybe because they felt the deterent was reasonable enough or maybe they didnt test negative or show signs of negative substances......who knows why they stopped at 18...but i mean thats what random is...stop when they choose i guess....

fact of the matter is neither boxer knew that it was going to stop at 18 days out therefore im inclined to believe they kept clean in fear of being tested at any time and being caught which is what the purpose of random is supposed to do sway athletes from using not necessarily just to catch them.

Didnt Mosley get tested close tot the fight though...i thought it was on the 24/7 episode.
