Usyk said he had covid in training camp for chisora + problems with his elbow and chisora is a very tough fight because of his physicality

Chisora is pretty damn predictable. Always does the same. It was the pressure that was getting to Usyk.

    Very true

It took Parker two fights to figure it out

He was also switching trainers... Takes time to adjust.

Hard to let your hands go when the ref isn't allowing any inside fighting. As for Whyte, he was playing dirty and still had to cling for dear life on the 12th. There's a reason why he's too scared for a rematch.

Codswallop mate. Take the rose tinted spectacles off and stop the excuse making.

I think Chisora was Usyk's first proper heavyweight. Bellew moved up from cruiser. Chisora also is a throwback fighter and roughed him up. AJ is more of a boxer, so suited Usyk's style more.

Del drastically deteriorated between both fights

Prime example of a fighter aging overnight

Its been threatening to happen for a while but its definitely happened now

Usyk in his 2nd fight at HW took a few rounds to figure him and his patterns out

Parker took 13 and added an uppercut

Agreed. Main takeaway from the last fight is that Del has to retire in my opinion. He’s shot to hell and could get seriously hurt if he continues. He literally looked done after about 2-3 rounds.

That's a rather convenient narrative to have, and completely ignores the fact that Parker had only just changed trainers in the first fight.

It's not an excuse, it's fact. Quit passing over shady tactics just because they're Brits.

Dear god, he didn't...he just didn't. He won nine rounds, lost 2, and drew one.

You can't tell me the manner that Usyk beat Chisora

even comes close to the manner that Parker beat him....

Del Boy shouldn't have done this.

And Haye looked like he liked it.
