Why did Wilder fail to become a superstar like AJ or AJ level money, PPVs and gate attendances?

    Probably right about Rugby, but seriously doubt cricket, only know a single person that watches cricket, I know loads that watch boxing.

    this! at last someone to say it how it is on the thread.

    maybe they just didn't have that much faith in wilder to think he would make it to this position, so now the promo train has begun (the last couple of fights at least).

    Because he is trying to make it in the largest "market" in the world, where competition for the entertainment dollar is fierce. He isn't a big fish in a small pond, so to speak. Wilder is on the cusp of being a real star, depending on how the next few fights go.

    Joshua is a nobody in the states and is now viewed as a fraud, not saying it's right...just saying that's how it is.
