Why did Williams get a rematch with Quintana, but can't give one to Cintron?

    if everyone thinks Cintron would've won by KO, why didnt Cintron immediately get up and say he was fine? instead he waited on the ground until the ringside doctor came over and he acted like a *****. **** Cintron, I dont care if he would've won or not, he didn't deserve the win and he doesnt deserve a rematch
