I think he knew that the last time Big Simmo fought a southpaw a very slick skilful southpaw, Mr Macho Wadi Camacho, the southpaw was beaten to **** in the last few rounds. uysk would of had his hands full with the monster!

I don't want to hear anything about the ****inson fight. He's a 6'4 orthodox fighter, not a 6'3 southpaw like wadi and oleksandr. Worlds apart.

Usyk was wise to fake that injury and duck Big Simmo. Simmo has shown he can take out world class lefties late on, and has an iron chin against southpaws, not so much orthodox fighters.

Because Big Simmo managed to score a point against him when they fought as amateurs? :think

2009 Bronze Medalist World Championships in Milan, Italy, boxing as a Heavyweight (91 kg):

Round 1/8 - Defeated Stephen Simmons (Scotland) 11-1

True that. And Big Simmo has improved a great deal since back then whereas Usyk has regressed a lot since he's joined the pro ranks.

That De Graf dude looked very handy to me and Courtney Fry was an ABA champion and a Commonwealth Games gold medalist. Camacho is a David Haye wannabe but I actually think he's a little better than Haye. :yep

Wadi is far better than Haye, he has layers to his game and cornrows.

Also lets not forget Big Simmo flattened 6'8 lithunian ATG Davidiatis.

Agreed. Big Simmo beat the Cuban Osmai Acosta Duarte at a multi-nations. Five months later Duarte won a bronze at the Beijing Olympics.

Duarte won a silver at the World Amateurs the following year. So basically that means Big Simmo was at least good enough to win a gold at the World Amateur championships, and if he was good enough to win one of them, it means he was also good enough to win Olympic gold.

One of Duarte's victims in Beijing was Olanrewaju Durodola who he whooped so that means Big Simmo is twice as good as Dmitry Kudryashov :deal
