Why didn't Floyd ever fight Acelino Freitas

    I think this would have been a good fight, acelino has a pretty good knockout streak. he went on a 29 fight knockout streak.

    That would have been a good fight but not every fighter fights guys when they should. That list id far too long.

    Floyd at one point mentioned he wanted to fight the winner of Frietas vs Casamayor in a post fight interview but nothing came of it. Would have loved to see it but not every fight gets made.

    Pretty Boy Floyd was trying to fight everybody in and around his weight class back at 130,135 and 140 and was probably the most feared around those classes. You weren't watching boxing around that time so I expect a comment like yours.

    Floyd, ask, called out and negotiated with several top fighters back in the late 90's and early 2000's. But none wanted any part of young Floyd.

    Sure they all ducked Floyd ..Ironic that in 19 yrs he couldn't get any top fighter to fight him in their primes ..That's nearly 2 decades :lol:

    Floyd fans will have you believe anything :lol:

    he hasn't fought one top prime fighter though besides corrales and he was tailor made for floyd. :lol:
