Why didn't floyds or his team say anything about testing this time?

a long shitty days and weeks of discrediting pac about peds, and then suddenly disappear. pac's lawsuit??
a big trash talker, then suddenly becomes quite lately. very funny indeed.

but what's the use, floyd ain't fighting this year anyways.
pac is fighting, and floyd is on vacation.

 

Relentless, at a certain level Team Mayweather is dysfunctional. They were totally unprepared for the **** storm they created. They thought the normal suspects in the sports media would just fall in line with their lie. Except, if there is one thing the media hates, it's lying straight to their face. And now Mayweather, while he won't be hurt by this in the short term, because he loves to tell how much money he has, his claim of G.O.A.T. is pretty much non existent.

So we now have his few, "The Waterboys" filling up their pails to brim, running up and down hills, using every excuse to defend their Idol for lying to the world. In the mean time Team Mayweather isn't even using the excuses his Waterboys are spouting out. They say there were no negotiations and that Mayweather's mind isn't on boxing.

As a person that has had to deal with PR, for the life of me I can't find a good enough reason to say silent 48hrs after the deadline had passed. You always want to be ahead of the story. Every sports news organization and two bit reporter(Hi! Vivek Wallace) wanted to know about the ASSUMED negotiations since May 5th and the best Team Mayweather could do was "nope, no negotiations." Team Mayweather can't claim "ignorance". They knew that the sports world was expecting a fight. If there were no negotiations really going on, they needed to get ahead of story and proclaim "hey guys, we don't want to get your expectations up, but Mayweather isn't focusing on boxing and he doesn't want to fight in the near future." While it does show case Mayweather's "duckiness", I know that his image wouldn't be taking the HUGE hits its suffering right now.

Now, when I say there isn't a good enough reason to stay quiet 48 hrs after the deadline, that's not entirely true. It's true if you want to be on the up and up. And I seriously doubt that's it's at the top of the list for Team Mayweather. Now, you would want to issue a denial of negotiations after the deadline, because you don't anybody to know about the details of the negotiations.

In my opinion I think that there were negotiations and that the people representing Team Mayweather thought that the terms were agreeable and Floyd Jr would sign off. He didn't (for whatever reason <insert here>) and it left them scrambling. They couldn't come out with that denial of negotiations before hand because they thought Floyd Jr was going to sign the contract. It would have prematurely killed the richest deal ever. The idiots didn't have a Plan B. Which leaves us with Team Mayweather committing self-immolation "the act of burning ones self" in front of the whole world to see. :smoke
