Why didn't GGG think of fighting Kovalev, or something similar?

Phew. Not sure were to even start with this......

I'm no Canelo fan, actually can't stand the guy. The decisions were not 'bad', those 24 rounds were close and could of gone either way, only someone biased toward either fighter would call it a robbery. Fighters aged faster back in the day, thought that was common knowledge.

And finally why is it outrageous to expect GGG to move up and fight Callum Smith ?? GGG has demonstrated in the past he's not averse to fighting guys that are not natural MW's like the 5'7 Canelo or the welterweight Kell Brook, so how bout mixing things up and taking on fighters that are bigger than him rather than smaller ?? In many (deluded) eyes GGG is the true lineal MW champ and still undefeated, only makes sense for him to move up and get a big payday in the UK against Smith if he can't land a trilogy fight with Canelo.

Canelo isn’t a natural middleweight? He’s going to look like a boiled down cruiser against Kov. You are a joke and DKSAB. Maybe badminton is your sport. Smith would crush Canelo and GGG. Either way, I’m not interested in seeing guys fight outside their natural weight. Lots of great options at 160 for Canelo and GGG.

There's nothing quite like a round, bouncy, firm, soft and cheeky bum, just ask Steve ... oh wait, he's busy now :p

I love bottoms, not too big but soft enough, but I think @Steve_Fox likes the hairy ones.

Coz he's slower, and I doubt it actually was "scary".

Not sure who claimed Kova's power was "scary" but anyone with a KO% above 70 is very dangerous even if "he's slower". Ask Yarde.

Furthermore, the rumors of Kova's demise are greatly exaggerated. His only loses were against an elite fighter and one where he got caught(it happens) but later proved it was a fluke.

We can all agree that he's not prime but he's definitely not shot, not by a long shot.

Not to mention it was all but expected that 147 pound Mayweather moved up and fight GG, so e even claimed mayweather was some kind of coward for not doing so

You have fighters interested in getting better and making history in the sport (Canelo, Lomachenko), then you have fighters interested in staying safe and making as much money as possible (GGG).

You think maybe, just maybe G was hoping Mayweather would move up and fight him? For that type of money, I think most guys would stick around. No question G had the skills and power to move up to 68 and 75.

Wise up man its not just Oscar paying off judges causing the corruption. The NSAC are the people supposed to be overseeing the game. We see the blatant robberies & **** going on. Obviously crooked or incompetant , you choose, officials handing in ludicrous scorecards etc. But is anything ever done ?? NO!! A man gets caught receiving illegal & excessive saline drips Do they investigate ?? NO!! Because everything is all about $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ & Greed. Instead they issue a statement just saying he did nothing wrong & give him a retroactive TUE THREE WEEKS LATER!!!!
    C'mon folks we're not idiots

Golovkin was prepared to boil down to 154 for Floyd. Not sure it would have been a good idea for either of them. I don't think Golovkin would have been effective dried out so much, and, conversely, if he was as good as his 160 self, then Floyd would have been dog treats having given up a great deal of weight and facing a much worse stylistic matchup for him than say Canelo.
