why didnt graziano fight ....

    apostoli? i think i read somewhere that the rock ran out on that fight. if it would have happened who would have won why and how?

    He never really gave a satisfactory excuse, as far as I know.
    He was "mentally mixed up" or some ****.

    He might have beaten Apostoli at this point, 1948.

    Prime-for-prime, Fred would have probably destroyed him.

    Agree with you C. In 1948 Fred Apostoli was 35 years old and soon to retire. Rocky was 26 and in his prime. Who knows why they didn't fight, but the Apostoli of his prime was much too good for Graziano...
