Why didn't Larry Holmes and Tim Witherspoon rematch?

I notice you've conveniently sidestepped your lie about Snipes not doing anything apart from losing to Holmes and Witherspoon and drawing Scott.

There's stuff i could pick apart but I'm not going to waste my time. It would just make for more muddying gibberish and dishonest meanderings. You just make it up as you go along, unfortunately, to suit whatever agenda you are pushing. This is what gets people so irate.

That was an oversight and not a lie. It still applies though to Snipes position going into a Berbick fight. And even if Snipes won that, and even though Arthur Mercante ruled Berbick v Snipes draw, page hasn’t beat the best guy in the division has he?

That guy he beat had still drew with Scott freakin’ Frank!

I think Page, in light of already losing to Berbick himself, was rather fortunate a promoter and paper organisation still decided to champion his cause over an actual unification in the division!.

Just to pitch in, Snipes actually was briefly rated #1 by the WBC, after Mike Dokes was eliminated for the crime of becoming WBA champion. Shortly afterwards the ratings were reshuffled with Page taking over the #1 spot and Snipes slipping to #2.

Crazy ruling. Politically motivated. Suprised Dokes was so high too.
All these organisations were so phoney.
