    Is this a troll?

Lewis wanted him in 1996 and Tyson opted for what was considered a washed up Holyfield. Tyson said in his own words he “needs more fights” after the Savarese fight.

    That's right.

The powers that be wanted a Tyson-Holyfield fight which was originally scheduled for 1992.

He was steered towards that fight.

    Nobody ducked anybody.

IMHO, we'd have seen Mike fight Lennox much earlier than we did had Mike have beaten Evander.

No, just the business side of the sport.
