At 135 Pacquiao would've been drained to death

    Weights too far apart.

Pac would have problems at 135 and Loma would be seriously undersized at 140.

Just because Pacquiao competes at 147 doesn't mean that he's too big for Lomachenko.

Campbell, Linares, Bogere, Fortuna — all lightweights — are taller and heavier than Pacquiao on fight night.

Salido was 148, the same as Pacquiao.

Duckvonta Gayvis was 146.7 last time out. that's within 1-2 pounds of Pacquiao on fight night.

    Teofimo is bigger than Pacquiao.

This, Pac weighed in 142lb for a fight with ODLH at 147. So even trying to get as big as he wants, the maximum he could weigh (without clothes) is 142. Fight night weight included his boots, jacket or whatever else he was wearing. There would have been no logical reason for him to get down to 142 otherwise if he was just going to "rehydrate" to 148, that wasn't rehydration weight, that was clothes weight.

Pacquiao, unless he's shot is just too much for Loma. Loma is too soft a touch to keep Pacman honest. Pac lands hard shots and ko's Loma. If Loma gets past Lopez he needs to aggressively pursue Tank, and then move back down to 130 and unify at his true weight.

Pac was around 145 when he fought at 130lbs.
He has gained only a few lbs over the decade. Probably stands at 150lbs now. At most, that is.

Loma shouldn't even be fighting at 135. His ideal weight class is lower than that.

Loma was a mere 137 lbs when he faced Rigo, who was at 130 lbs.
I think Loma should have just stayed at 126. I know he moved up in weight because he was looking for better opposition, but it hasn´t really played out all too well for him.

He definitely has the build to stick at 135, but it´s not ideal for him. Well, he doesn´t have to cut weight, which is a huge plus. So there is that.

That was one reason. I think he also wanted to set a record for the amount of time and fights it took to win a championship in 3 different weight divisions.

He looked too small to me when he fought his last fight against Campbell.

Oh, and Lomachenko is tailor made for Pacquiao. If Lomachenko stays Lomachenko and spams that rangefinder jab, Pacquiao KOs him in under 3 rounds. If Lomachenko runs, which is completely against his nature, he gets tracked down and KO'd in under 6 rounds.

I simply do not see a path to victory for Lomachenko. Not even at 135 as I don't think Pacquiao would be drained.

 Yes, because Pacquiao has been murdering guys in 6 rounds or less since 2008.

Pacquiao has been dropping and/or hurting much bigger men for the last 10 years. You think Lomachenko, who wouldn't have a 10-15 pound advantage over Pac and would actually weigh less, can survive a straight left? Moron.

Imo, he doesn't want to beat an older fighter he respects, but that was before Thurman.. He showed there's still life in the old dog. I think if the fight was talked about after Thurman, Loma would've took it

Sue, Pac has power, more than enough to just drop Loma.
But you are acting as if it's a done deal were they to fight.
You honestly think their gap in skill is so big that Pac would murder Loma in 3?

Lomachenko is one of the best boxers P4P he will be a handful to anyone. Especially a 40 year old Pacquiao who is now more of a counterpuncher than the wild torbado he once was.
