It was never required by the NSAC, had it been required sure PAC team would have no issues. The problem is PAC is no push over and PBF can't do **** about it.
One of the dumbest decisions ever made in the business side of boxing. I don't know if he was using PED's but this made him suspect for the rest of his career. What other conclusion is logìcal? Especially given that Pac is fine with it now? It's not like Floyd demanded that only Pac had to do it. Floyd would have had the same testing.
Still a stupid move on Pac part because he went along with it. He's the star of TR, second to Floyd in the boxing world. At the time he was considered by some as number one. As a major player in the game, he should have some sought of say about what he wants to do.
