so I would somewhat buy this excuse, but the problem is it took Pacquiao awhile to say this. First it was he was afraid of needles, then he's superstitious even though he has tattoos. Then he says if he gives blood within 30 days of the fight, he'll be too weak.

Then a video surfaces of him giving blood 24 days before the Hatton fight. Then he switches it to 24 days. Eventually he just settled on the "Well, it's up to the commission."

I would have given Pacquiao more props if he right away said straight up, "Screw you Floyd, I'm not taking any tests that the commission doesn't ask me to."

coz they dont want floyd to have a mental advantage. Floyd did a research on how manny was beat by morales, and it was no secret that they took blood out of manny a day before the fight which manny claimed made him weak/ or feel weak or whatever it was it had a bad effect on manny. thats the reason too why floyd wanted no cutoffs, that's because he will be willing to pay huge sum of money to have blood drawn from manny 1 or 2 days before fight.

floyd is not smart as he says, his actions are predictable.
