Also, What does Roy being the "lineal" champ have to do with his physical skill set at 175? He cleared out that whole weight save a couple names, we all know who. My point is, he was obviously a better stronger fighter than the 154 version of himself, despite his KO Edit: My bad, I realized you were speaking of Roy being lineal at 154.. I am too quick to jump on the DM argument.
I disagree. In the Cotto fight Pacquiao was trapped against the ropes quite a few times and forced into a defensive position. He took Barrera's punches better who never really landed anything significant. He jumped on Barrera quicker too. And Barrera was the better and greater boxer.
Him and floyd are on, as most are at this level. Not ibff dosages, obviously, but they have the means to pass randoms. Even a layman can pass the nsac tests with short esters and epitestosterone. Maybe not even need the epi if esters are short enough.
It is probably wrong of me to think like this, but I think all top level boxers are suspect until proven innocent. Especially ones that can climb weights and walk through bigger men.
He did the same thing Pac fans claim floyd did in regads to manny...he ducked shane and waited till he was on the decline to fight him:deal
That's bull sh4t because after mosley beat margarito at that time oscar and arum was working together if i remember right. Yeah mosley want floyd but he also wanted pacquiao which is why roach even said mosley went to his gym and ask for a pacquiao fight. Roach said out of his mouth he wont let manny fight mosley cause at that time was too good and mosley wasnt a shot decline fighter like oscar which is why roach told mosley fight at 142 pounds vs pac and we would agree. Roach only will let pac fight fighters that is safe for pac so that pac can get a big advantage.
