Why didn't the Klitschko bros mix it up with the American heavies?

I don't know is my honest opinion, but I'd have had more respect for em if they'd taken the above.
And let's face it, they would have probably beat each guy.
Jones and Toney, blown up middleweight s.
Holyfield and Tyson way past their best. Holyfield would have gone the distance in a gallant effort imo. Whilst if both brothers could survive the early onslaught from Tyson, then he doesn't get past 8.

Toney puts up a good effort but his weight stops him from achieving a win, but he still loses by decision.

Jones, wins a few opening rounds but at some point his chin let's him down and suffers a nasty ko.

 

Well the Klitchkos would of beaten the head of everyone of em, and everyone would have called them OAP bashers.

The Klitschkos fought a lot of Americans. Wladimir fought mostly American opponents: Byrd x2, Thompson x2, McCline, Bostice, Barrett, Mercer, Jennings, Chambers, Jefferson, Rahman, etc.

I remember Wlad called out Lewis, Tyson and Holyfield after his fights with Byrd and Barrett in 2000 and Jefferson in 2001.

 

Chambers was better than Toney at this point. The Klitschko haters love puffing up Briggs, Toney, and other trash talkers that couldn't be bothered to take meaningful fights and get rated, and lost to future Klitschko victims the few times they tried.

Tyson was stopped by Danny William's in 03, Holy by Toney in 04. You really think these versions take the Klitsckos deep? Even prime Holy might struggle with both although I'd have prime Mike stopping Wlad early and violently.
