Why didn't the CSAC actually PROVE that Margarito was culpable? They held a hearing without lab results, and then said the lab results wouldn't change their minds even if those results exonorated Margo, and a bunch of ****ing rumour mongers think that's okay. That is a pathetic excuse for justice.
If it was that bad, Margarito and his team would've sued and taken them to court over the issue. Instead Arum -a former lawyer unless I'm mistaken- decied to make idle threads and ultimately left it be, probably because he ****ing knew better.
I don't hate Pac. I dislike *******s a bit. And I feel Pac is vastly overrated. Top 20 :yep gimme a break.... ..Anyway, regarding Pac, take the test prove his innocence Regarding Margarito, he tried proving his innocense by FULLY cooperating. Unfortunately, this case was dealt very unporfessionally by the officials and the CSAC. Then they suspended on the opinions of a few witnesses without any real proof. Then when the proof comes out of the lab, FINALLY, it was traces of substances that can be found in sweat. Considering they didn't find PLASTER, and that all they found were TRACES ( (noun) :treyses - an extremely small amount of some chemical component) then how can anyone say Margarito indeed had PLASTER loaded in his gloves? Even after Mosley said that the pads felt soft.
Who knows they may? But then again sue for exactly what? They got suspended for foreign substance which included traces of calcium and sulfur.
Pac technically doesn't need to prove his innocence...He's not being formally accused of anything - Margarito was. Pacquiao doesn't have a Department of Justice officer with evidence that there was something in his gloves that shouldn't have been there. Margarito did. How hard is it to disregard clear evidence that there was something illegal in his gloves? It could've been Pacquiao's missing socks that would've won him the fight against Marquez, inside Margaritos gloves but still, it's illegal :blood
This isn't about Pacquiao. You brought up Pac. This is about Margarito geting suspended before the evidence came out of the labs, and about the evidence being traces of chemicals that the body can naturally extract through sweat. The Pac things is different entirely. Thsi thread is about Margarito.
Booradley is implying that the CSAC is out to get Margarito. If they feels Margarito was suspended without the prior action being taken to determine that the suspension was just, they can take action and present a suit against the CSAC.
