Stop repeating the same lies month after month. The Department of Justice lab found "elements of plaster" in those pads. They can tell the difference between the heavy amounts of calcium and sulfur in plaster and the likely undetectably tiny trace amounts of those two substances found in sweat and blood.
Well sulfur is basically what sweat is releasing. calcium is everywhere and could come from anything,,,, baby powder, itch cream,,, white powders or creams....
And Margarito was really hated after he beat Cintron and called out Floyd? Really? Is that why you had to swim through 400 pages of "Floyd ducked Margarito!" drivel? Margarito was insanely well liked and you're playing revisionist history because he got caught doing something he wasn't supposed to.
It basically seems as if the guys whole team is saying he tried to cheat. His trainer, Capetillo says Margarito didn't know what was being put in his gloves. Regardless, SOMETHING was found in his gloves that didn't belong there. If he sweat it out, I doubt it would be in quantities enough to make them believe it was foreign. And please don't say it was Dove handcream or Oil of Olay. If that was the case it would have been evident as well. According to El Che, it was a hard, firm substance. Now, if those 2 things are not evidence enough to convince you, well then let's just say I'd love for you to be a juror if I was ever on trial..... guilty or not. Link to Che's quote(Thanks Eze).... http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/spor...tor-marga.html Link to the disciplinary hearing by CSAC........... http://www.scribd.com/doc/17736616/S...AC-a-Margarito If Margarito had not been caught and his whole team had not been telling it was intentional, I could understand your rabid loyalty, but FACT is the guy was caught cheating, served his time without a peep and can get back to business. But don't tell me he didn't do it. He does not deserve your admirable loyalty. And if he did know about and still threw his trainer to the wolves, then where's his loyalty? Then he is not only a cheat, but a coward and a rat.

atsch So everybody is out to get Margorito? http://http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/sports_blog/2009/01/officials-found.html This link kills your arguement Uli! Sorry buddy but these guys are not going to just make **** up on Margorito if anything legit wasnt there! I'm just not seeing it....Margorito was trying to load his glove and the facts support what I'm saying!
I am neither convinced of his innocence or guilt. In none of his fights prior to this had anything unusual ever have been documented. Ojectivity and consistency requires the commission to enforce the rules and whether or not those wraps had plaster on them they were illegal. Why his trainer would put used wraps on Margarito is beyond me. You kind of want to give Margarito the benefit of the doubt, but, at the same time rules have to be enforced until they are repealed. If it could be proven that the gloves would not have hardened I would say that Margarito is innocent and a lot of people slandered his name, but this has yet to happen and I doubt at this point it ever will.
Ill repeat this again, since Arum so easily deceived some of you all. Arum claimed that they found "Calcium and sodium, which is found in hand lotions" What they really found was "calcium and sulfur." Scientists arent so dense as to not know the difference b/w sulfure on the skin and sulfur in the body. The body doesnt secrete or even contain sulfur in that form, its present in complex forms, combined with acids and other minerals and elements. Arum is a sly *******.
Link not working. But if it's to what you have quoted. What does it matter what "THE DOCTOR" said. Because the fact remains that when the lab results FINALLY came out the closes thing they can link the findings in the pads to Plaster were TRACES of Calcium and Sulfur, which can be found in sweat.
Dude, read the thread, specifically my posts regarding SULFUR and Calcium. WHO THE **** is talking about sodium here??
