He was standing with his feet together and he got slapped which always involves a pushing motion, Vitali was obviously off balance for a second and then from what I saw it looked like he moved into a position to watch out for any follow ups.
Vitali could of pummelled him right there but he has class, confidence and composure. If Vitali had tried to get aggressive after that it would've shown that he's not in control and not in a good place mentally.
