Basically, Williams had a very difficult time hitting Quintana anywhere.
Williams is very light on experience.
The calibre of most of his opponents from previous fights reflected this.

That's the main reason I'm not a big fan of Williams.

    Are you a Gatti fan?
    A Corrales fan?
    A Roy Jones Jr fan?
    A Bernard Hopkins fan?
    A Joe Calzaghe fan?
    A David Haye fan?
    A James Toney fan?
    An Evander Holyfield fan?
    A Kelly Pavlik fan?
    A Jermain Taylor fan?
    A Miguel Cotto fan?

That is just a list of fighters that regularly enter/entered the ring above what their weigh in weight was that I thought of off the top of my head. This type of thing is a majority type thing, not an isolated incident.

This will never be regulated because you CANT regulate it. Fighters need that extra engery that they lose during training for the night of the fight. How would Cotto do at MW? Or Pavlik at LHW? So on and so forth.

Agreed, but the way he conducted himself, like I said reminded me of the fight o El Radar and Kid Pambele....

The teachings of Don Gregory Benitez, masterful defensive boxing skills and understanding of the sweet science, made him the best PR trainer ever....and many PR trainers are follwoing on his footsteps

    I understand cutting weight.

In fact I would be gracious and humble about it if the man only cut 12-15 pounds.

But 17 pounds? On top of diets and losing weight?

You have to give me a break man.. Besides when you take off waterweight you don't gain it all back the next day if it's a huge amount.

I'm guessing he cut approximately 22 pounds of waterweight.

That's ridiculous man. He's a super middleweight....no question end of story.
