Why couldn't he get it? He said himself in his own words that he needed two tune-ups.

Wlad Klitchko is A POOR MANS LENNOX LEWIS..
And he was relieved he was a cheerleader, waving the pom poms a year after he was KOd, watching big bro take on Sanders, because he didn't want to face a guy who had brutally KOd him who was equal his size, and bulk, and had that awkward southpaw stance, and could hit like hell....

:huhMy quote signified that I was drunk when I posted. I usually don't sink down to the level of scum like you. As for being ******ed I'm well educated and probably have more talent in my little finger than your whole lineage.
Sounds like your doing great though, really classing up the place with your lack of wit, humor, and etiquette. This used to be a place of good tales and charming back and forth ball breaking. The childlike attacks used to be restricted to General. Alas nothing is what it used to be, you ma'am are
a disgrace to the legend whose name you take.

Your pathetic attempt to appear intelligent is duly noted. You are a moron through and through, you can't hide it just as a leopard can't change its spots. I give zero f*cks what some irrelevant nutjob douche on a forum thinks. Get used to me being here dumbo because I'm not going anywhere. :hi:

After the Brewster loss, rematching Brewster was a bigger priority than rematching Sanders. Brewster had beaten him more recently, and was a greater force in the division. That in itself pushed a potential Sanders rematch back. By the time it became a serious possibility, Sanders went into the tank. There had been serious talk about it in the contemporary press, until Sanders lost to a nobody, then it became a non issue.

The Brewster re-match was a non issue but that didn't stop Wlad dragging him out of retirement.

Wlad never exercised his rematch clause against Brewster and ran from rematch's like he did in his entire career.

He was climbing the IBF ranks after the Brewster and TOS fights and chose to fight unranked Eleiso Caastillo instead of attempting to scrub off the TOS fight in which he was on his way to a loss.

Wlad hadn't a clue how to deal with a guy like TOS and was even floored by him.

How exactly is Wlad a top 10 all time great HW again?

I never ever understand this sentiment.

The correct question is "why should Sanders have given Wlad a rematch" and of course he shouldn't have done.

He destroyed Wlad and twatted him, he got his big unification with Vitali and that was that. He then retired.

I don't know if Sanders ever tried to rematch Wlad but I don't see any reason for it. The timing was never there. Wlad wasn't good enough and the Vitali unification was bigger than a rematch.

The only time it was maybe feasible was after Sanders lost, but Wlad was too busy being hurt by every punch thrown to seriously be a challenge to a man who had already destroyed him.

By the time Wlad was reestablished at the top, Sanders was retired right?

It's an argument I never understand. Does anyone really doubt the outcome of an immediate rematch anyways?

I rank fighters on h2h. I wouldn't have Wlad in my top ten as of yet but I wouldn't argue to strongly with anyone who did.

Two styles have beaten him so far. He has shown he can overcome low level pressure as he beat Peter. Sanders was quite unique though.

I think I'd have Vitali above him though. Didn't achieve as much but was a better fighter imo, well not so much better, just I think he does better against the field.
