Oscar won't be, b/c the fight will be @ 154 or a catchweight in the low 150s.

It amazes me how blind people can be. Oscar will not fight Cotto the same way as he did PBF because Cotto is not PBF, there is no need for Oscar to fear being counterpunched all night. Most likely it will be an attack and gradual breaking down of the fighter as he did to Vargas and Mayorga. Mosley vs Cotto is different. Mosley went into the fight with a game plan that couldn't work. He went in looking for a ko and it wasn't happening. He had no defense and by the time he turned into Mosley the boxer and started to turn the fight around it was too late. Mosley said it himself, "I should've boxed more." The difference between Mosley and DLH is when DLH hurts you he moves in for the kill. The numerous times Mosley had hurt Cotto he did not go in for the kill but would back up and let Cotto regroup. DLH never let's anyone regroup. If he lands that left hand the fight is over.

DLH fares well against guys he doesn't have to chase around in the ring. He'll get to stand toe to toe against a smaller man. I like his chances.

Where did you hear that from? I hope that Cotto doesn't have to give in to Oscar "Demands" De la Hoya. But if he does, it will only make me enjoy seeing Oscar get his ass beaten more.

DLH's stamina sucks these days not that it was great even back in his prime. If he's gonna win he better knock Cotto out under 6 rounds otherwise all those Cotto bodyshots are gonna add up through the rounds.

I always wish for Goldie to lose, he has no heart these days
At 147-150 i give Cotto a real chance, but i bet Oscar will do it again.
He'll demand that it beat 154 at least, and probably wear his protector
to his chin again and what gloves to use. I wish this fight wouldnt
even happen but if it does I hope Cotto stops him.

It would depend on how much Cotto would weigh.

Hatton weighed in 154 against Floyd unlike the 160 he was against Collazo.

Hatton normally comes in fight night in his Jr Welterweight fights 152-154.

    Thats why weight doesn't matter.

And it would/wouldn't matter depending on what Cotto comes into the fight at.

Oscar has had guys move up in weight to fight him since 1995, can demand catchweights or the bulk of the purse and all that because he's the draw and provides a big opportunity for his opponents to make a lot of money and get exposure.

Why would this change for Miguel Cotto? Do you really see Oscar going back down to 147, where he hasn't fought since 2001? The last time Oscar fought, weighing 154, this is how ripped he looked.
