Why do AM fans believe Floyd ducked AM when AM is not even built like that?

You are right when you ask if fighters are scared of other fighters, your right they are not, well ask those who feared Mike Tyson when he was in his prime, they fought mike becuase mike was the meal ticket but didnt want to actually go out there and earn their money.

Anyhow I dont think Floyd was scared of Antonio, I think Floyd feared a loss, at that time, 8 Million dollars to fight Tony though it was great money, there was still bigger money to be made fighting De La Hoya, and had Floyd lost to Margarito, I dont think Floyd would have made the same kind of money he did in a fight with De La Hoya, Oscar would have had leverage.

Floyd is not only scared of a loss, in fighting Tony, but the kind of loss he would have suffered, which would have been brutal Tony would have put some **** on Floyd that Floyd didnt want no part of.

Bottom line here is yes Floyd turned down 8 Million dollars to fight Margarito, call it a business decision if you like, he still refused the fight, he still took a fight with a lesser threat rather than to risk fighting somone who could and would actually do damage.

if Floyd comes back and fights Tony again which I doubt, win or lose he will gain more respect from the fans as a whole than he does right now, Floyds cherry picking at 147 is un acceptable, its un ****ing beleivable, yet you fan boys, still tend to talk **** about who Tony is fighting or who he is not fighting, bottom line is Tony has fought better at 147 than Floyd has, Tony has picked up two major titles at 147 when is the last time Floyd has done that?

no I aint saying that Tony is better than floyd even though I beleive if they fight Tony would win by knock out, I am saying that Tony has accomplished more at that class, and has beat much bigger names.

Good post. Casual and confident in AM are you???:good. You like my Yoda imitation lol. Floyd has never ducked AM for 8 mil, and AM has fought the better comp at WW between the two. AM imo doesn't have the style to beat Floyd. If AM punched harder or was a little bit faster, I'd give him a great shot at the upset. Good post though.

"I have reserved July 29 at the Thomas and Mack Center for Margarito to fight the winner of Mayweather and (Zab) Judah," Arum stated. "Hopefully Floyd will pull out the win because I know a fight between Mayweather and Margarito will be huge. It's a fight that everybody will want to see, especially if Mayweather can beat Judah."

damn there goes your theory up in smoke.
that was said at the press conference after the manuel gomez fight

that is the proof that arum intended to put pbf margarito in the same ring prior to pbf buying out his contract.
