You do realize, with Calzaghe gone you basically have nobody right? You do realize that Haye is a long shot at heavyweight and Hatton, Witter and Khan have all been exposed?

Seriously, If I were yous, I'd want Calzaghe to fight as long as possible.

    Just some friendly advice. :good

Speaking as a Brit, I do not need to "have someone" in that way.

You do realise that "Brits" don't always support "Brits"

I only have 1 Brit in my top 10 favourite fighters and that is David Haye, don't think that every Brit just cheers for British fighters.

You do realise youve made about 5 threads about Calzaghe and Brits(including one about Whining, which is priceless). Go to bed mate, youve had a hard night.

As an American I have to say "we" have nobody to talk about either.

Get over the fact that the best fighter in the world is not an American. Who gives a f***?

dawson is another pavlik pal,he will be exposed too,i hope it is calzaghe who does it ,but if not it will be b-hop.
    both would destroy dawson.

Im just asking questions? I want a legit answer. Some British kid says, Joe should retire. Why? Who the hell loves a fighter and wants him to retire lol? Wouldnt you wanna keep seeing that fighter fight more? Especially if you only love a fighter based on nationality, I mean what if you dont have any good ones coming down the pipe?

You would expect so to considering you have about 250 million more people than we do, i don't think your talent pool is that much greater given the size difference.

British fans, unlike their American counterparts have Joe Calzaghe fight his whole career. They have seen him go from fresh faced prospect to dominant champion. Joe is 36, and that is old for a fighter. He can't go on forever and he is on top of the boxing world, what better way to go out. A story book ending of sorts.

I gotta admit, american fighters hang on far too long. Look no further than RJJ, Ali, Joe Louis, Holyfield my god I am not gonna go on this will get depressing.

Only Bhop and Foreman actually did something late in their careers.

Dawson has less power than Pavlik and a weak chin, he hasn't stopped anyone of note, he also lost to Glen Johnson and was given a gift.

    B-Hop would school Dawson.

I dont base my choice of fighter on nationality, for example T-Cloud is up there with Calzaghe as my favourite. Dont lump us all in one group, youre thread wasnt started for logical debate, it was another attempt to start petty squabbling coz tonight didnt go the way you wanted and you decided to lump all Brits and/or Calzaghe fans in with Joes delusional Nuthuggers in numerous threads you've started tonight.
