I know the concept of 'innocent until proven guilty' is unheard of in your neck of the woods, dungbeetle, but in a decent, democratic and just society, the onus is on the prosecution to prove beyond all reasonable doubt the guilt of the accused.

Cotto got his ass kicked by the better on the night Tony Margarito the sooner you accept that the better. If Cotto thought there was really foul play in the first fight he'd be screaming for a rematch to get revenge not begging for Margarito to be banned for life :nono

Yes I can, tests are always taken after fights and if he was negative it would have been reported like it does with many other fights.

Your turn to answer my question now, please prove that he wasn't loaded against Margarito seeing as Richardson was the one who spotted it like he did for Trinidad and he obviously wasn't in Cotto's corner.
