Why do fans like to bring up Broners fight with De Leon?

    he officially weighed 151 for cotto and you think he never weighs more than 150 on fight night? :lol:

    Wasn't Cotto weight drained by all of 1 pound. **** he looked awful.

    ive always said pac wouldve beaten him no matter what.

    but its the simple fact that they were fighting for Cottos belt @ the wrong weight. a catch weight

    154 Cotto is a different story.

    Welterweight 141-147. They where fighting at welterweight, not on the welterweight limit but at welterweight.

    Its easy spin to say that Cotto was drained coming in 1 pound less than the Clottey fight, which plenty of posters claim. If thats the case then Floyd ****ed Marquez in their fight.

    I agree though neither fight would have gone any differently, but Pac still fought the better version of Cotto, catchweight or not.

    cellz : floyd never weighed more than 150 on fight night. but he was actually 151 against cotto, the day before the fight. but but floyd is different, he actually shrinks after the official weigh-in. dumbos! :lol::lol:

    Because there's loads of black people on here saying he's the next Mayweather and would whoop Gamboa.

    Pointing out his De Leon loss shows he's nowhere near the talent of Mayweather and will never be even if he drastically improves.

    The kid is only 22 and has already gotten better since the PDL fight. He has a hard style to deal with. He will be a problem for anyone he faces in the future.:deal
