At times your team arranged fights and then pulled out because you weren't training. And yes I have promoted over a dozen shows for your info.Thats all I have to say on this thread.Lets move it along.

How can punish them they make next to nothing? Boxing is a very hard sport you can't ask someone to jump in the ring if they are not 100%

Mark can you tell us all a few stories of the crook's you have come across in boxing. Just change the names to fictional ones so the culprits can remain anonymous. Maybe tell one story every 2 or 3 days sounds good to me. Tell the first story today mate.:good

not saying if they are geniunly injured. Im saying if they pull out for no apparent reason and then turn up a couple weeks later all hunky dory. I dont agree with fighters selling tickets, its a job for the promoters i reckon (mundine introduced it oz did he not? yeah he has been a great service to boxing) there should be a minimum pay for fighters and if then fighters want to help sell tickets they should get a cut. But i know of some fighters that have pulled out multiple times a week out, through no ones fault but there own that they are not ready. If your giving 4 weeks notice for a fight and your a professional and you accept 4 weeks out, you have no reason not to show up fight night apart from injury or some sort of tragedy. Not getting good enough money should not be the excuse. Dont agree to the fight.

That appears to be what Joseph Kwadjo did a few months back. He was meant to fight Murdock on November 19th last year. He had apparently signed for the fight something like 6 weeks previously. Then he withdrew claiming an ankle injury, but magically turned up on the Mundine vs Mosley card 8 days later and fought Renold Quinlan.
