Why do fighters even sign w/ Bob Arum?

    The guy is obviously a corrupt pile of ****, so why do fighters even get in bed with him?:-(

    All thats nice, I know boxing is a sport where you have to hurry and build a legacy and security, but its not worth it in the longrun.

    Well if GBP isn't trying to get you then I suppose taking a chance with Arum is worth it. But I wouldn't sign the usual TR contract. I would plan to have significant input on the decisions of my boxing career. And if Arum doesn't like it, he can go **** himself.

    Do they have a certain "general" contract?

    I'm sure they add in "specific" items into the general contract...???
