Why do I get tired in less then a minute when sparring If train real hard?

    Sounds like you think you've great conditioning when you don't.
    Continue or start building your lactic acid buffer with interval training. Remember: rest is just as important as training itself. Learn to listen to your body.

    I heard hyperventilating helps. That used to help me get my nerves under control in similar situations. It's basically like a warm up for your cardio and fight/flight system. Take a bunch of super short breaths for like a minute. I think there's some science to it but I'm not solid on the ins and outs.
