Why Do I Have A Funny Feeling Jacobs Will Pull A Sneaky Move?

Don't think he wants the fight unless he gets paid big but I can't see vacating either whatever status he has a fighter will be gone.

 

Seeing how Haymon isn't making lots of fights these days, Jacobs better jump on this one. Who knows when he'd fight again otherwise. Serious talk.

Actually I think how well Kell did with his movement and speed has really
probably given a few fighters some confidence they may be able to hat trick
Golovkin.

ggg fought stupid vs brook on purpose. ggg knew guys would want to fight him after that.
ggg is a smart fighter. ggg wont fight like that vs any opponent.

however though i think jacobs wants this fight. i dont think he wants to fight guys like sergio mora.

There isn't a 'sneaky move' for him to pull. He is painted into a corner. If he wants to keep that trinket he has to fight GGG. It is either fight or drop the belt. HBO wants the fight for Dec 10th. Unlike Haymon who has to buy time on the networks HBO actually pays for the fights. The money will be there. The only way this fight doesn't happen is if Jacobs drops the belt.

I hope the Golovkin fight happens, though. Jacobs has good movement and boxes well, but so does Willie Monroe Jr.
