You mean 200IV. Just say he beats them while severely dehydrated, it sounds better.

Even roach pacs own trainer said pbf was the best fighter of this era dummy his peers feel this as well a guy who has been undefeated in three different decades in five weight classes lineal in 4 and a top 10 p4p fighter since 1999. Your opinion is irrelevant and hate filled and bitter. Just because you don't like his style doesn't mean he isn't great and the best of the era.

Being in shape and being disciplined is apart of boxing it's a strength it's a reason why Hopkins and Calzaghe were great always in shape and had long careers. Duran non commitment to this is a flaw he's not alone in this many great fighters have done this as well. Toney is a great example extremely skilled but let him self go and came into fights out of shape he paid for this many times in his career with either a loss or a bad performance. This is a flaw no matter how much you try to downplay it. It's not an excuse for a loss either just like the inability to take a punch isn't a reason they're both flaws.

Floyd demonstrated combination punching power at junior lightweight, lightweight and light welterweight.

lol How do you "fight and win like a coward", outland your opponents and go undefeated? I never have understood that.

Duran was 71 - 1 by the time he boxed Leonard, if he retired after that win do you think people would be comparing him and Floyd?

All those defeats were came in different weights categories and depended when the man was in shape. When Duran trained proper, he was for real, untrained amyone could have beat him. That is boxing.

Floyd is a genius but only had 49 fights compared to Duran who had over double that amount. They also boxed in different ers, 12 round and 15 round fights.

His resume up to that point wasn't that great who did he beat at light weight other than de Jesus it wasn't a legendary resume at 135.
Lastly being in shape is apart of boxing quit using that as an excuse because it's not if you're not disciplined that's your fault. It's a flaw as a boxer just like not being able to cut off the ring is to.

    Quality over quantity.

Mayweather had 26 world title fights and won all of them.

Duran had 21 and lost 6 of them.

In fairness, Pimp, Duran had victories over Marcel (underrated featherweight champ), Buchanan (Top 20 at Lightweight) and some really solid contenders. It's a pretty solid resume at 135 lbs.

    Agree with the second point.

He does have one of the most padded records in boxing history though.

He fought 8 times in 1974. Only two of them were title fights. The rest against guys who shouldn't be in the same room as him, let alone the same ring, in a weightclass above his own.

In 1975, he fought a guy with a record of 0-3 a guy with a record of 1-3 and a guy with a record of 2-1.

Top fighter, but to use his 71-1 record as a measurement of anything is misleading, IMO.

I forgot about Buchanan he was a good win. I never said it wasn't a good resume just not legendary like some make it seem. Duran is a elite atg I just don't like the apologist who excuse his loses and praise his wins you can't have it both ways.
