Plus Bradley is pretty good with rolling with Pac's punches. That cushioned the blows a far bit.

I think Floyd will copy Agapito Sanchez approach to fighting Manny as much as Dinamita's plus Floyd's own experience with southpaws. Floyd says he don't watch tapes on his opponents prior fights, but Floyd Sr and Uncle Roga sure as hell do and they the ones giving Floyd instructions. Floyd will make it a dirty fight to disrupt any momentum Manny might eventually gain.

on the other hand, Cotto fights most of his opponents when they're injured for some reason.
    Margorito had a broken eye.
    Floyd Mayweather had a cold.
Yuri Foreman had an injured knee.
    Sergio had an injured knee.
    Ricardo Mayorga hand injury.

I think Mosley put this into perspective the best.
He said that when Pac tries to jab you or throw a punch to set up a power punch, you don't feel its impact. i.e. it feels "light".
But then when he does puts his weight on his punches (usually in the middle or end of a combination), you'll be surprised at just how hard it hits.

This essentially says that Pac is not heavy handed (like Duran), but because of the speed behind his punches, the force generated is still substantial (Force = mass x acceleration).
Add the weird angles that he throws it from and you have your explanation (i.e. the punches that you don't see are the ones that get you).
