Bradley should definitely focus on having a leaner upper body.

bradleys also top heavy and has quite bad punching technique, most guys have a good proportion to really have anything help but really its a genetics thing. Hearns was a pin and hit like a mac truck

Like someone else said: it's a balance. You want to be strong, but not overdo it with the weights. Klitschko trains with weights, but stops weeks before the fight and switches to classic boxing workouts. Klitschko has muscles, but does not have a body builder physique (like Bradley). That's what you want.

After that it comes down to (not in order):

    1) muscle fiber type ratio (fast twitch vs slow twitch, you're born with this, can change it a little but will most likely never have as many fast twitch fibers as Mike Tyson)

    2) technique (you'll never hit hard if you don't know how to move your body right and keep your fist and wrist clenched hard)

    3) mentality (if you think you can punch hard, you are more likely to punch hard than someone who is convinced he cannot)

    4) training prioritization (if all you do is lift heavy ass weights really slow in order to build bulky/ slow muscle you will not punch as hard as somebody who hits the heavy bag all day and does other boxing workouts)

Bradley don't have the right technique to hit hard. He doesn't really pucnh "through" with his punches.
