Why do people act like Mayweather's 50-0 isn't impressive?

Who pulled out of talks back in 2009 because of testing? If you say anyone else but pac you're full of ****. Pac ducked a prime version of pbf because of testing.

People said Pac would never fight Marquez after the first fight.

    Fought him 3 more times.

People said Pac would duck Cotto and Hatton.

    Destroyed both.

People said Pac ducked black fighters.

Pac fought Bradley (3X), Mosley, Clottey, Broner, Floyd, Thurman, and Ugas.

Pac wanted Crawford and signed to fight Spence at age 42.

Pac wanted Danny, Mikey, and Maidana.

Pac had a PROVEN HISTORY and TRACK RECORD of fighting everyone.

    FACTS.

What people are you talking about?

The public do think it's impressive, that's why he gets the respect and attention he deserves all the time. A bunch of drunkards here who hail frauds that never took serious risks like Golovkin a hero certainly are not all people.

It is impressive. But going from 49-0 to 50-0 against a bloke that has never boxed a professional round in his life was pretty meh

Floyd Sr knew his Little Floyd was gonna get his ass kicked if he fought him then. Cost the Mayweathers a bomb $$$$ accusing Pac of using Peds to try to duck fighting him. Floyd broke THREE of the NSAC's own rules when he was caught red handed receiving Illegal Excessive amounts of saline in his own home 24 hours before his fight with Pac. The NSAC 's response was" Mr Mayweather did nothing wrong we will not be investigating" ROFLMAO Yeah Right!!!! He should have been banned from the sport

Pimp refuses to address that point. PLus even the notorious MVC ridiculed who he fought for #49, Andre Berto, saying " Floyd is just teasing he wont fight Berto he's a shot fighter" WRONG !!!!!!!!!

That 50 includes Connor McGregor. Floyd blatantly and openly padded that record, which is why the number means nothing. In many ways, Calzaghe's 46-0 was much higher risk with better wins. Which greats did Floyd beat in their prime, apart from Diego Corrales RIP?

I think Floyd's record might be closer to 55-0 if you include the women he's beaten up.

If Floyd doesn't get respect maybe it's because he doesn't deserve it.

Because his record, like Canelo's, is a cooked up contrivance. He lost to Maidana and Castillo. He cherry picked his way through the divisions. He avoided his biggest threat and got caught cheating. Floyd Mayweather is symbolic of everything wrong with modern boxing. There's too much padding of that record to take it seriously. To get to that number, his last three fights were against an injured opponent, a has been, and a non-boxer. Besides, it's not about being undefeated or the number of fights you have. It's all about who you fight and what condition they were in when you fought them. Mayweather's record has a lot of the same asterisks as Marciano's.

Why aren't you more impressed with Julio Cesar Chavez going 89-0-1 if numbers are your thing and you don't mind padding? Why isn't he your boxing GOAT?

I don't know why people hold the McGregor fight against Mayweathers record, Mayweathers first 17 fights were bums who McGregor probably beats.
