I've come across this statement quite a bit in the general forum over the past couple of months. What gives people the impression that his chin is garbage? Is there something I've missed? :think
And that was lack of discipline and cardio. He wasn't KO'd so no reason for the glass jaw bull**** really
Lolenga Mock hes called. Its on Youtube somewhere.Thing is though,Haye was caught high on the head near the temple rather than on the chin.He went down and his legs went wooden temporarily. He got up and won in the same round via TKO:hey:dealThats it in a nutshell
That's right...i'm finally glad someone has a brain on this forum!!:good When any fighter is in the ring with a big puncher, any fighter can be knocked out. Look at Lamon Brewster, who is known for his chin, heart, and mental toughness. He has been rocked on numerous occasion. Does this mean he has a chin issue, absolutely not. Look at Holyfield...because he was stopped by james Toney, does this mean he lost his beard...absolutely not. It's herd mentality and I wish people would get a clue.
Mormeck put him (haye,) down as well but again he got up and kept fighting and won a few rounds later. I know this will sound like bull**** to some but I reckon he's easier to knock down than actually hurt. That's not a glass jaw in my book.
so he's been rocked by a couple of good shots and that makes him have a glass chin? sounds like bull****. He may not have a great chin but it sounds like its decent. How many world class fighters above 190 that have fought good competition have never been rocked?
I see where you're coming from when he was down vs Mock and Mormeck his head seemed to be clear but his legs weren't there for a short while. It took the rest of round 4 and most of round 5 for his legs to look back to full strength vs Mormeck
