Why do people belive the Haye hype again?

    haye is awesome he gets the sport hyped up. Many people believe he has the tools even if he hasn't always used them. He is flashy and had a awesome video play list of KO's he's a very exciting fighter.

    I think you should brush up on your Haye history... how many boxers that hadn't been stopped before were stopped by David? And how did that fights go? ;)

    Somehow Chisora losing to a 1 armed Vitali elevated Haye's stature.

    Britards believe if Chisora can make a 1 armed Vitali fight hard for a win that Haye somehow will do the same.

    What they refuse to acept is the fact that Haye will never fight with the same heart,energy,workrate and stamina that Chisora displayed.

    Haye will run from Chisora just like he did against Valuev and Wlad and would do the same if he were to meet Vit.

    Chisora has enough power to break HAye's glass chin and anyway,when was the last time Haye to anyone's body? He is a one punch stalker head hunter. He waits for an open chin shot and land or miss he runs away after he fires it.
    My point of this whole thread was to point out that Chisora is actually better when you compare careers with Haye.

    The Wlad loss isnt the reason I think Haye sucks. The reason he sucks is because he fought C level fighters and had his hands full with old fat John Ruiz and slow no power shot Valuev.

    Exactly. Ruiz,Barrett,Audley and Wladimir were all stopped previous to Haye fights. And another interesting stat,all of his HW opponents including Valuev were 35 years old or older.

    Fair do's he ain't got the best resume but are there really any level other than "C" at HW right now besides the bros?

    I wouldn't say he had his hands full with Ruiz, he took a few more shots than he should have but the damage he inflicted on Ruiz was pretty horrendous. Remember reading that he cracked ribs, broke his nose etc...

    Valuev was a bit of a boring fight but when you consider that Haye was a CW coming up to meet the biggest guy alive in only his second HW bout, you can't really blame him too much for being cagey. He does deserve some credit for wobbling Valuev I think, even if he should have unleashed earlier...

    Thing is, I still think he is by far the biggest threat to either Klit bro right now. I'll stand corrected if he struggles with Chisora but if he KO's him like I think he will, I reckon all the "hype" labels surrounding Haye will gradually decline as we build towards Haye vs Vitali.
