Why do people call chavez a quitter

    ORTIZ - quit and he said it himself

    CAMBELL - quit after he said he couldn't see

    COTTO - corner stopped it


    IMO cotto did not quit but ortiz and cambell did.....


    and how the hell can you call chavez overrated, you know nothing about him and said you dont care for older fighters :huh

    The doctor stopped it in the Ortiz fight.

    Campbell - Doctor stopped it

    Cotto - Corner stopped it.

    All 3 quit, like I said before.

    All 3 admitted to it.


    How long ago was that? One person can't change? I guess you missed my thread in the classic forum. Im not watching old fights daily but Ive watch quite a few to get an interest.

    I know enough about Chavez to make an input on him.

    When most people rank him in one place and you've got him significantly higher.

    Yes I can say you overrate him. But you do that with any mexican fighter.

    Remember this?

    Eze, i'm confuse you bashing Ortiz for quitting but yet you defending Campbell like there's tommorow. Dude Ortiz quitting is exactly like the way Campbell quit.

    It's not the same.

    Ortiz quit when the fight got tough.

    Nate went blind and his chances of losing his vision for the rest of his life greatly increased.

    That first round quickly dissapeared from everyones mind when Ortiz put him down twice in the 2nd.

    Right when Ortiz started getting beat up and then dropped he quit.

    and no you dont know **** about chavez...you questioning his ranking on anyones list after saying you dont care for older fighters is stupid.....

    and so what if ortiz got stopped, that dont make him a bum or a no good fighter....i still think he can beat manny with the right game plan...he has the tools to do it...and with youth, power and strenght on his side, why not ???

    we dont all have the luxory of just liking one undefeated fighter eze, there are many fighters out there, you just choose the ones that are the easiest to root for with an undefeated record so that you can seem like you know your ****.......when just a few months ago you were confusing baldomir with oscar de la hoya.......

    you were even going on about how chavez was a bum cause it took him 10 rounds to dispose of roger...you didnt even know they had another fighter where chavez took him out in 2 :rofl:rofl:rofl

    why do i need new material...i aint no comedian, and it's true what i say so no need for new material....everything you type is always pretty dumb.....even "the dr. stopped it so the fighter quit" :-(
